PAYABLES SPECIALIST

- The Payables Specialist will join a tight-knit Accounts Payable team!
OVERVIEW OF THE PAYABLES SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Process invoices for Accounts Payable - scanning, data entry, and filing
- Payables Specialist completes 3-way match and code invoices in the General Ledger
- Reconcile accounts at month-end close
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYABLES SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance OR equivalent accounting experience PLUS
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- A Payables Specialist with prior experience with a major ERP
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
