• The Human Resources Coordinator will be reporting to the Human Resources Manager who is a proven leader and mentor.

Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator role:

• Produce and submit reports on Human Resources / Benefits / Compensation activity
• Assist employees with onboarding and open enrollment processes
• Maintain personnel files and filing
• Monitor hours worked for benefits eligibility
• Audit timecards
• Assist with Human Resources administrative responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:

• Understanding and experience with Human Resources, Benefits, and/or Compensation administration

• People oriented and enjoys working within a team
• Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
• Achievement oriented - enjoys taking on challenges

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
