Overview of the Financial Analyst:
- Leverages financial systems for data analysis, research, and report generation
- Supports Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing annual financial plan, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis
- Conducts reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
- Engages in collaborative efforts with multiple locations, identifying KPIs and providing insights
- Analyzing large amounts of data and giving input on process improvments
- Establishes procedures for financial data integrity
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, and nested formulas
