Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare financial reports and summaries on a monthly basis
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Collaborate with our accountant for year-end activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
