Accounts Receivable Clerk

Looking for a detail-oriented individual to join a finance team! As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring the timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

This is an on-site role with an annual salary starting at $43,000.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.

Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

Maintain updated records of transactions and customer accounts.

Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Accounting or Finance is a plus.

Previous experience in accounts receivable or related roles preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
