Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized and stocked retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging products
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and store duties

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and sales
- Ability to effectively sell products and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
