As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of employees, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Set performance goals and targets for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback
- Ensure efficient store operations by overseeing inventory control, shift management, and cash handling procedures
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with budgeting and cost control measures to optimize store profitability

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
