Porsche Ontario is seeking candidates for an open Service Advisor position. Candidates must be highly motivated and have a proven track record of strong and consistent high CSI scores. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and posses strong sales skills. Bi-lingual/Mandarin speaking is encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to recent service department customers
• Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers
• Educate self on latest service &product offerings, including pricing
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle objections over the phone
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
