We are looking for a representative to help assist our service department on a daily basis and to perform a variety of customer service and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive on the service drive
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or area
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Set follow-up appointments for next service visits
• Make outbound service calls to set appointments and to confirm upcoming appointments
• Help drive a customer friendly environment

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills a plus
• Customer service attitude
