What you will be doing :

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top talent and new clients.

Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and our website.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and refine our messaging and value proposition.

Manage and update our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and interactions.

What you need for this Position :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Comfortable with phone communication and outreach.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in business development or marketing is a plus.
