To learn more visit becu.org/careers. PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $178,900.00-$218,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $138,800.00 - $258,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As a Principal Solutions Engineer at BECU, you will be instrumental in delivering modern application architectures that create exceptional experiences for our members and business and technology customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead the Design and Development - Combine technical leadership with a deep understanding of business drivers to create innovative solutions and work directly with senior business leaders to understand strategic goals. Translate Stakeholder Needs - Create detailed system designs that support implementation and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, working closely with Enterprise and Solutions Architecture. Design and Implement Solutions - Lead the design, integration, and coding of patterns for strong and secure application development and take the lead in designing cloud-ready consumer financial solutions to develop and enhance new and existing solutions. Visualize and Conceptualize Solutions - Articulate and conceptualize solutions that lead the industry and build prototypes that solve complex business problems across consumer financial product domains. Present and Communicate - Represent BECU technology in the larger technical community, maintain an industry presence in software solution topics, and provide mentoring and technical domain guidance at all levels of the organization.
