*Responsibilities:*

* Provide quality care through assessment, monitoring, and direct care to residents.
* Direct and monitor LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of nursing care.
* Assist in staff orientation, training, and motivation to maintain exceptional care.
* Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing, addressing concerns and suggesting improvements.
* Evaluate residents' health and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff and physicians.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an approved nursing school with current RN license.
* Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
* Devotion to professional nursing standards and principles.
* Excellent communication skills and genuine compassion for senior adults.
