**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure excellent customer service

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Proficiency in food handling, cash handling, and sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with food safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations effectively
