Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for leading initiatives to enhance Cottage Health's AI solutions capabilities. Provide review, assessment, and recommendations for securely integrating artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into our systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless deployment of AI-related solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, using the standard of 2 years of applicable experience equals 1 year of education
Preferred: Experience as an engineer, developer, analyst or similar role working on AI integration and analytics projects

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Software engineering, computer science, information systems, and/or data science knowledge and experience. Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning models, and/or integrating AI solutions.
Preferred: Knowledge and/or experience in implementing and managing GenAI solutions, and integrations. Experience in Healthcare
IT. YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Three years' experience with AI, solution engineering and/or architecture experience
Preferred: Healthcare IT environment preferred
