Primary Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming guests and providing them with personalized assistance and information throughout their stay
- Providing unique services to enhance the guest experience, including tour arrangements, activities, dining options, and transportation arrangements
- Managing guest relations by building strong relationships and addressing needs and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Expressing a knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, nature, and culture.
- Fulfilling special requisitions and resolving issues while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and customer service
- Providing personalized services to VIP and high-profile guests, while maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to needs
