THE POSITION: Regional Field Director, San Francisco Bay Area
The Shade Store is continuing to expand our nationwide footprint and further grow our network of Measure Install (M I) Professionals. We are seeking a Regional Field Director to play a key leadership role in the development and continued success of the M I department. You will be responsible for ensuring that your region of M I Professional's deliver exceptional results and provide a world class customer experience. You will implement key initiatives by communicating our corporate values, mission, and goals across multiple markets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide and maintain consistent communication and operations throughout the region
  • Drive performance of field professionals through coaching, development, and creative team initiatives
    • Identify key talent within each market to support KPI's and department goals
  • Improve scheduling and overall efficiencies within your market by working closely with your regional M&I team leads
  • Partner with internal teams to drive company initiatives including:
    • The Post-Sales Support teams to provide exceptional customer experience and support customer escalations
    • The Recruiting team to build and ensure a solid talent pipeline for new market growth
    • Showroom teams to identify appropriate region-specific partnerships, marketing suggestions and M&I feedback
  • Assist in the implementation of new training initiatives and oversee a key group of trainers
    • Provide in field training, ride a-longs and performance evaluations
  • Support the company's vision, mission, and goals, including applicable key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Supervise, motivate and inspire field professionals through communication, planning and development.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant in-home service management experience including scheduling, planning, routing, asset management, customer communication, and staff management
  • Willing and able to travel 50% of the time
  • Proven leadership ability and well-developed people management skills within high headcount and multi district organizations
  • Elevated interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
  • Customer-focused, high-energy approach to finding opportunities to improve execution
  • Demonstrated operational leadership skills including ability to develop, implement and realize division goals and objectives
  • Exercise good judgment with the ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, creativity, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Possess a professional demeanor, and well-developed time management skills with a focus on providing a world-class customer experience
