Co-Staff is actively hiring for 1st & 3rd shift for a client in Darien, WI! This client is seeking dedicated candidates to add to their Extrusion team!
SHIFT:
1st Shift: 7am - 3pm (Monday - Friday)
3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am (Sunday - Thursday)
PAY:
$17-$19/hour
An Extrusion Technician supports the goals of the Extrusion Department by ensuring proper and safe operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. The Extrusion Technician is responsible for proper setup and/or adjustment of machines to ensure constant and reliable machine operation. The Extrusion Technician is responsible for quickly alerting the Extrusion Supervisor for any and all repair needs. The Extrusion Technician is responsible for continually observing and assessing machine operations; observes any necessary process and procedure improvements to machine operation; observes any necessary operator process and procedure improvements to enhance/boost production flow; communicates and recommends changes, as required, to the Extrusion Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
High School Diploma or GED Required
One year of machine operating and forklift experience required
