**Main Job Responsibilities:**

* Creates employee schedules

* Trains new team members

* Delegating daily tasks.

* Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

* Schedule and coordinate meetings.

* Smooth out problems within the workplace.

* Address customer concerns.

* Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.

* Email and phone correspondence.

* Monitor spending patterns and budget cash handling

* Fill in for General Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions and provide accountability.
