Inventory Control Coordinator

Work hours Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

$18-$21/hour

Responsibilities:

· Coordinating with our Webstore, Warehouse and Production leads to ensure daily replenishment of inventory to meet fulfillment/production requirements.

· Create and implement and manage replenishment and cycle count processes.

· Resolve issues concerning inventory variances.

· Analyze receiving, storing and pulling inventory within our facility and work with the Distribution Manager for process improvements.

· Analyze and report inventory metrics.

· Oversee the procurement of warehouse supplies.

· Perform other duties as needed.

Experience:

· Some college or bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred

· 2 years of Inventory Management experience

· Knowledge of Oracle a plus

· Strong Excel skills

· Must be reliable in attendance and job duties

· Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize tasks

· Strong analytical and customer service skills; including a strong attention to detail

· Ability to motivate and manage various individuals to work together to achieve the same goal

· Understanding of planning, shipping, and inventory systems

· Prior management in warehouse personnel and operations, a plus
