Job Description
General Purpose:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion for CORSAIR and ORIGIN PC
• Manage multiple team members within ORIGIN PC marketing department
• Create CORSAIR's and ORIGIN PC's marketing content strategy and execute

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Manage multiple teams in the marketing and design departments
• Manage annual/quarterly CORSAIR and ORIGIN PC marketing budget
• Oversee the overall creative direction of the brands
• Approve all content created by the marketing teams
• Align with SR Web Designer and Web Development on branding/creative needs
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion for CORSAIRand ORIGIN PC
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Bring new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
• Understand the design challenges of individual projects and the ability to provide creative solutions to problems
• Create a content strategy and map out a content calendar
• Ensure that visual communication and brand standards are met
• Ongoing problem solving, juggling team resources, providing art and video production direction
• Evaluate and monitor the status of the project backlog and projects underway
• Collaborate with various department leads and Marketing team
• Prioritizing new creative & marketing requests
• Communicate with partners to achieve business marketing goals
• Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 3 Years of Creative Design Experience
• 3 Years of experience managing a team of at least 3-4 or more employees
• Exceptional Time Management
• Exceptional Project Management
• High-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Complete Adobe Creative Suite Experience
• Video editing experience a Plus
• Online twitch streaming experience is a plus
• PC Build Experience and or Technical Background is a Plus
• College Degree with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration
