Inventory Control Lead

Job Summary:

As the Inventory Lead at Cornerstone, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the organization, tracking, and movement of equipment and materials to ensure seamless operations. Working closely with the Operations team, your role will contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• • Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance of inventory items.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.

• • Lead and motivate the inventory team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide training to team members on inventory management best practices.

1. Process Improvement:

• • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline inventory workflows.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels.

• • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a production or events environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking software and systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
