We are actively searching for a commercial flat roofing foreman, for an established & award-winning roofing contractor in the Twin Cities market of Minnesota.

This position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to completing tasks on time.

The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. Looking for a career minded individual who is looking for a company who cares about their employees and provides plenty of advancement opportunities and continuing education.

Foreman Responsibilities

Perform work and provide technical support to ensure projects are completed to specification.

Manage job site inventory.

Inspect and maintain equipment.

Manage crew and job site. Train, coach, all crew members.

Manage project durations.

Thoroughly read shop drawings and blueprints.

Communicates with clients, vendors, and management as needed.

Foreman Requirements

3 years of experience in commercial flat roofing - production and service.

OSHA certifications.

Valid Driver's license.
