Corgan is actively recruiting experienced, registered Project Architects to join the firm in our New York office location as part of our Data Centers market sector. Dynamic individual will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
• Manage contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinate with a variety of consultants
• Provide leadership to staff
• Manage client relations

Qualified candidates already exhibit these strengths and talents:

• Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
• 7 years of experience in commercial architecture
• Data Center experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects required
• Professional registration or anticipation of registration
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
• Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
• Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
• Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
• Confident presentation ability
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
• Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations
• Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential

Base Salary Range: $82,000-$135,000 annually New York locations only

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
