We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.

We have an opening for a at our Mesa Arizona location. They would be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the effective utilization of people, materials, equipment and manufacturing processes within a department to meet safety, production schedule, quality, inventory, cost and delivery objectives.

Job & Responsibilities

Train, evaluate and coach staff. Resolve personnel performance issues.

Perform continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency,

quality and costs.

Responsible for training of employees in proper methods and procedures. Continues

to develop and lead employees with on-going training.

Prepare required reports and maintains data in SAP concerning department

activities.

Reviews production schedule for needs and accuracy.

Produce quality parts and finished goods that meet established quality standards.

Responsible to meet established productivity targets and develop and implement

corrective action plans when needed.

Directly supervise and follows up on scheduled work with all employees in assigned

area of responsibility.

Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime and

maximize production capacity.

Engage with local suppliers to identify and remove operation barriers for standard

and non-standard production processes.

Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

1 Years Experience in Manufacturing Environment, or related education.

3 Years Supervisory Experience

Proficient level experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, etc.).

Working knowledge of material, tooling, machine tools and manufacturing process.

Working knowledge of safety management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

2 Years Supervisory Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

Experience participating and leading Continuous Improvement activities.

Knowledge of SAP.

Prior LEAN experience in manufacturing.
