The Water Technologies and Solutions, Analytical Instruments product line business has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Lab Technician - Chemist in Boulder, CO.

Position Purpose

The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the production and lot release of standards, reagents, and other consumables products by preparing dilutions, performing chemical blending, sampling, and performing data analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manufacturing of TOC, conductivity, and reagent standards
• Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment
• Analysis and certification of standards
• Oversee production assistant work to ensure production schedules are met

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Skilled in good laboratory practice (GLP) and able to perform tasks to quality standards in a safe environment
• Self-motivated to investigate product and equipment problems and find resolutions
• Ability to prioritize and schedule work to meet production demands
• I/T and technology skills to work with advanced techniques
• Data analysis and statistical sampling experience with the ability to communicate experimental plan and results
• Experience with ISO 17025/9001 certification

Core Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma and at least 5 years work experience in a manufacturing lab environment

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science
