As a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) with The Laurels of Bedford you will assist the Occupational Therapists to help patients regain functional independence. Attention to detail, individualized care, and participation in a team approach are part of every interaction.

You will:

• Performs treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist, and document treatments in the medical record.
• Coordinate patient care with members of other departments and staff within the Rehab Services Department.
• Participates in resident care conferences, and Interdisciplinary Team meetings as appropriate.
• Participates in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility.

You have:

• Graduate of an approved OTA program
• Current OTA license
• Long term care experience preferred.
• COVID 19 vaccination required or an approved exemption
