We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, hardscaping, and drainage work, with proven leadership abilities. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and working with a team of workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Landscape Crew Leader Responsibilities:

1. Lead a crew of landscapers, hardscapes, and drainage technicians in the execution of various projects, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, paving, retaining walls, French drains, and yard drains.
2. Assign tasks to crew members and ensure that work is completed on time and according to specifications.
3. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order and properly used.
4. Train new crew members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
5. Monitor job sites for safety hazards and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to coordinate work schedules and project requirements.
7. Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and job expenses.
8. Assist with the preparation of job estimates and proposals as needed.
9. Provide guidance and support to crew members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Landscape Crew Leader Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and drainage work.
2. Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
3. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping materials, and drainage systems.
4. Ability to drive trucks and trailers, as well as operate heavy equipment, including mini skid steers.
5. Knowledge of the responsibilities of a Landscape Crew Leader
6. Willingness to train the right candidate.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Landscape Crew Leader Hours:

• Employees must be available to work up to 10 Hour Shifts between 7 am
  and 5 pm Monday through Friday (May include the occasional Saturday)
