This position is based at the Longview, Tx office or Charlotte, NC

The position is a unique opportunity to

What you will be doing

· Provide high-level coordination with third-party network providers to support the fulfillment of customer orders for a facilities-based, telecommunications service provider. he Off-net Project Coordinator is the central coordination point for the service delivery project coordinators, program managers and other departments who perform construction, configuration, installation, testing and customer cutover.

· Prepare appropriate materials for status meetings, gathering data and organizing related documents.

· Consult with third-party providers to confirm services ordered are consistent with the expected outcome.

· Based on input from project coordinators and program managers with engineering departments, will create, implement, maintain, and monitor during all stages of project plan and schedule for deployment, act as the single point of contact and is accountable for completing installation of all services from third parties.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects with constantly changing priorities. Communicate effectively with multiple departments during the order process and escalate orders that appear to be in jeopardy of missing their delivery date. Break projects into doable tasks and set/adjust timeframes and goals as needed.

· Oversee project progress by gathering data and tracking the project success. Monitor progress and report potential concerns.

· Review incoming orders and perform necessary data entry and communications to kick project off with third party provider while aligning with internal and end customer milestone dates. Measure and report on project performance.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver fiber services and fulfillment technicians.

· Execute the installation with assistance from field services and fulfillment technicians.

· Compile and document completed installation and closing order with network cost and billing departments.

· Process all post-installation work including documentation to support Day-2 operations.

· Guide and influence team members and business colleagues.

· Gather necessary supporting documentation from all parties to align with requirements, storing them in a clear, concise, uniform manner.

· Works directly with the internal team insuring that accurate and timely data is communicated.

· Establish and document best practices within the scope of this position for the Company.

· Maintain/input and ensure accuracy of information of internal databases.

What you will need

· Prior experience with a telecommunications carrier is a plus.

· Strong work ethic

· Communicate effectively and influence internal resources and external stakeholders at all experience levels.

· Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize workflow, multitask, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.

· Ability to think through project dependencies and complexities to help find creative ways to solve potential problems.

· Good written and oral communication skills.

· Fast and accurate data entry skill.

· High school diploma or G.E.D; BS/BA preferred.
