Your role as a registered behavior technician (RBT) will include:
- implementing behavior change programs based on BCBA’s feedback and consultation
- collecting accurate and consistent data
- collaborating with other therapists
- understanding and abide by the BACB Code of Ethics
- effective oral and written communication with client’s families and other professionals
- practicing within your scope of competence
- maintaining a professional demeanor and standard in the workplace
- maintaining cleanliness within the clinic setting
- attending professional development seminars
Requirements:
- must have RBT Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
