• IN license
• Minimum 1.5 years' experience
• MS/Tele experience is sufficient

IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMITICU, PCU and M/S Peds and Adult RNs residing in the state of Indiana are considered local CMO is an observation and inpatient unit with a fast patient turnover. The staff focuses more on acuity than continuity. Ideal staffing is 5 nurses, 3 techs, 5 patients for nurse. Can occasionally be 4 nurses, 3 techs, 3 nurses have 6 patients, and one nurse may have a increased ratios this is rotated between the nurses to help with burnout. Cardiac experience is NOT required. Any MS/Tele experience is sufficient. Block scheduling available; not guaranteed; however, if a nurse comes onto the unit in the middle of a scheduling period, they will be plugged into holes.
