As a cross-functional role, our Business Ambassadors will work both individually and cooperatively within departments to learn the perception, strategic development, and management of our clients’ initiatives. They will also work with our charity clients to build fundraising events and drive donor engagement in our community.
We have both part-time and full-time opportunities for this summer internship position, and those looking to apply should expect to spend 8-12 weeks with us. Opportunities to transition into permanent full-time employment will be readily available for Business Ambassadors who aim to continue their professional careers with us!
Responsibilities of the Business Ambassador Position:

• Generating awareness for our clients’ purposes by communicating directly with local community members
• Organizing and managing fundraising and donor events with Event Managers and other Business Ambassadors to execute the donation process
• Overseeing and maintaining brand image, perception, and representation of our charity partners
• Building the donor profile for our clients through community engagement and member enrollment
• Attending meetings with Business Ambassador team members and senior executives to discuss industry trends, client missions, donor metrics and growth of the organization

Business Ambassador Qualifications:

• A High school diploma or equivalency is required
• Completed or currently enrolled in a higher education degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in leadership, customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or communications is preferred
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a team with other Business Ambassadors as well as independently when communicating with local community members
