We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Analyst to join our team and drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current state of our ServiceNow platform, evaluating existing processes, workflows, and integrations, and establishing clear, measurable objectives for transformation initiatives. You will utilize your analytical skills to analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state of the ServiceNow platform, including configurations, modules, and integrations.
• Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear, measurable objectives for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for ServiceNow implementation, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to end users on the use of ServiceNow platform functionalities and features.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, releases, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
