We have an opening as a Corporate Development VP with a multi-specialty physician practice management company. This is a rollup strategy and will be largely M&A focused. The firm is based on the West coast and this role will be based in LA.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development or an M&A/transactions focused role
• Experience within Healthcare required, specific exposure to physician practice management preferred
• Bachelors degree from a top university, preferably within Finance or related field
• Strong modeling, understands deals / the diligence process and is financially astute
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Series licenses preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
