Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Coordinate educational programs and initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community partners
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Education Administration or related field
- Proven experience in educational leadership or management roles

- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
