As we continue to grow we are looking for energetic candidates to work in our office who will be assisting in our mission to provide our clients with the top of the line concierge-style services with a local touch.
Job Responsibilities:
In the admin position, your primary responsibility will be to make sure clients are taken care of, turn in assignments, help reporters and attorneys, help with jobs on calendar, make sure invoices are correct, and help teammates. You will also follow up with law firms and provide client management.

Specific qualifications for the Administrative Assistant role include:
Minimum 1-2 years of office experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Good telephone etiquette
Steady job history/longevity with prior employers
Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel and Outlook
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
