Conexon is Hiring a Data Specialist Near Kansas, MO

Description

Job Summary and Objectives:

Conexon is a rapidly growing company working with Rural Electric Cooperatives to build advanced fiber to the home (FTTH) networks nationwide.

This staff position is responsible for data integrity and analysis to support the ongoing operation and expansion of the Conexon Connect network. The role will have a strong focus on production dates to ensure business sales success. This position will engage and collaborate closely with Field Operations, Scheduling, Process, Data Analysis, Customer Care and Marketing to ensure there are clear communications and functions performed within each team as newly constructed areas are built. 

This is a new position in a fast-growing company, you will be key in providing guidance and expertise to internal and client stakeholders on a wide variety of issues.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Initiative-taker who can carry out a complex scope of work independently, without supervision.
  • Strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally with multiple Teams to achieve business unit and overall company goals.
  • This position will also work to ensure production dates information is accurate in the BSS/OSS system. 
  • Monitor and report on production date status, missed target dates and production opening trends.
  • Preparing analysis reports for the stakeholders
  • Assist with data scrubbing and cleansing to identify and correct data errors.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to multi-task and plan/organize work to meet deadlines, all with a high degree of accuracy with diligence.
  • Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of excel (Lookup, Match, Countif, pivot charts, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a positive
  • Data cleaning and preparation.

Physical Requirements

Normal office conditions, some irregular hours may be required. Majority of time spent on the computer and phone.
