Position Summary: Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary.Oversee all aspects of vending machine sales and service in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards; guidelines and regulations, established policies and procedures, as may be directed by the dietitian and or administrator, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.Work closely with Memorial Medical Center Dietary as well as Dietician.
