Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. They will ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes and regulations. This position requires a working knowledge of 480 volts and motors.
Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
• Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Good knowledge of various test equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a CA electrical certificate
• Drawing circuits on a diagram for controls and design circuitry for electrical systems
• Proficient in the use of test equipment and hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Must have a Journeyman Electrician's license.
