Concierge Care is currently recruiting and facilitating TOP PAY RATES for compassionate and caring CNA's. The CNA performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's needs. The CNA is responsible for observing patients and reporting these observations while performing client care. The CNA will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity, and safety of a patient's care.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, toileting and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping, such as laundry, vacuuming, tiding up (etc)
Prepare and serve meals, snacks and drinks.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to a caregiver or medical staff.
Accompany patients to medical appointments or social outings if needed.
Observe and monitor changes in health conditions and report to office staff.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA License From the State of Florida
CPR Certified (American Heart Assoc. or Red Cross)
Health statement stating you are Free of symptoms of Communicable Diseases signed by a ARNP or D.O (less than 6 months old)
Level II Background (in the AHCA database)
3 Hour Alzheimer’s certificate (FBON approved)
2 Hour HIV/Aids Certificate
2 Assistance With Self Administration Of Medication (DOE approved)
Valid driver’s license or ID
