YOUR DAY AS A DENTAL HYGIENE SCHEDULER

As a Dental Hygiene Scheduler, you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient patient experience. Your responsibilities include greeting patients by name, checking them in for their hygiene appointments, and notifying the clinical team of their arrival. You keep patients informed of any delays and support the clinical team in various administrative tasks, such as organizing charts, filing patient records, and completing courtesy calls. Additionally, you assist in scheduling appointments, updating patient information, and managing the Chart Audit system. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
