BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse , RN, for an on-call position. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Ocean County, NJ .
- Work a rotating schedule of 7 days on, then 7 days off.
- During the 7 days on, triage calls from 5pm to 8:30am and then perform emergency home health visits when necessary.
- Receive full time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year!
Prior home care experience strongly preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- On call - 5pm to 8:30am (triage calls and does visits when necessary) - 7 days on and then 7 days off
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings.
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
- Performing client assessments as necessary.
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
