- Full service lab and x-ray in clinic
- Floyd Valley Healthcare – Community owned 25 bed critical access hospital
- State of the art diagnostic imaging, laboratory, OB services, outpatient clinics, specialty clinics, surgery, physical therapy, pharmacy and cardiology services.
- 24-hour ER – staffed by Acute Care, Inc for primary care call and Floyd Valley Clinic for backup call
