Position: Physician (MD or DO) - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Selma Medical Associates, Inc. is a physician-owned private practice providing excellent Primary and Specialty Medical Care in the Northern Shenandoah Valley since 1975. We pride ourselves in delivering personalized service along a continuum of care within a well-established patient base.

We are currently seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated team. There is a unique potential of employment to equal partner track. This opportunity can be outpatient only or a combination of outpatient and inpatient medicine as per the applicant’s interest.

Selma's support staff includes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered medical laboratory technologists, x-ray technicians, registered cardiac sonographers, medical assistants, medical secretaries, medical receptionists and business office personnel.

Job Requirements & Compensation:

• MD or DO
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must have active VA license or eligible to obtain
• Weekdays, Day shift, flexible schedule, home call required one weeknight per week and one weekend every 5-7 weeks.
• Ability to provide primary care services to all ages appropriate to specialty
• Covid-19 Vaccine required
• Tuition reimbursement potential

• Competitive base pay-potential starting pay $215,000/year
• Eligible for incentive compensation bonus
