Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Mondays/Fridays WFH

We are actively seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
As our Financial Analyst, you’ll make an impact by:
- Assisting with weekly analysis, ad-hoc reporting and special project work. Will assist the group with analyzing and communicating the impacts of volume, price, COGS inflation, mix, and SG&A.
- Identifying and implementing tools and reports to better understand and provide visibility to performance.
- Consolidating financial performance across entities.
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Participating in special projects, such as preparing ad-hoc analysis and presentations as requested by managers and the executive team with focus on brand and customer profitability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2 years’ business experience in budgeting, forecasting and/or cost accounting.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Sound organizational and analytical skills with a high level of numeric and financial awareness for business modeling and analysis.
