Horizon Health Care is seeking a PRN (as needed) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Southeastern Region. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, and with the guidance and support of a mentor, the NP or PA will provide care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
