Summary
Responsible for athlete registration and scheduling in the facility. Serves as communication link and resource person to all staff. Support Sanford Sports facility in day to day operations as administrative coordinator. Provides oversight and coordination to performance improvement at Sanford Sports locations.
Job Description
Manages and enters athlete and/or client appointments and Sanford Sports daily schedules in system (ie: POS, Club Automation, CSI, Sports Engine, MindBody, Pentagon/Sports Complex). Responsible to maintain the facility schedule. Check athletes and/or clients in and out. Build online registration in POS system for camps and programming.
Greet athletes, patrons and clients, answer phone calls, distribute and collect all required paperwork, and take all payments for services or programming. Creates electronic files, scans and routes necessary forms and documents. Prepare and track invoicing for Sanford Sports services along with vendor invoices to be sent into Sanford Accounts Payable.
Functions as a resource for athletes, coaches, clients, patrons and leaders. Must possess the ability to make independent and timely decisions when circumstances warrant. Data management, retrieval, and review skills in order to determine learning opportunities as well as improvement needs to provide feedback to designated audience.
A strong focus on creating a positive experience, including superior customer service, exceptional communication, positive experiences and overall development of the individual. Ensure regular communication and meeting attendance (as needed) with Sanford Sports leadership and team to identify and resolve program, customer and team issues, develop ongoing growth opportunities and to ensure the facilityoperates effectively and efficiently.
Assist with collection and computer entry of accurate athlete testing data and maintain an accessible record of all written and electronic athlete performance programming, as needed. Supports one or more Sanford Sports Leaders for administrative needs.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Highly desirable one or more years of experience in customer service or administrative support with clerical duties, soft skills including communication, organization and quality public speaking ability.
Experience with a CSM platform, and/or EPIC, or another EMR, platform preferred.
Must possess an ability to represent Sanford Sports in a professional, positive manner.
May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.
