School Services Director - Occupational and Physical Therapy
Core Tasks of the School Services Coordinator-Occupational and Physical Therapy: Will be responsible for overseeing and managing Hope’s school based services processes and school partner relationships, developing and organizing Hope’s services, and coordinating services for school partners,students, and families.
Minimum Qualifications
Professional license in the field of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
3 years of progressive experience in a special education setting
Customer service experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
Passion for supporting students with special education needs
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (these are highlights from the job description)
Create and review service provider schedules
Schedule all related services and evaluations
Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards as well as state and federal regulatory requirements
Supervise Hope Learning Center employees across multiple locations
Conduct annual performance reviews to foster development and improvement from employees
Work with multidisciplinary team members to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for their students and improve service delivery
Ability to communicate information to students, parents, colleagues and 3rd parties effectively, and to timely monitor and report on developments
Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
