**Delivery and Inventory Specialist**

HUIT Support Services seeks a part time, temporary employee. Please note, this is a non-benefitted position under 14 hours per week. ***Please do not apply if this is not the type of work arrangement you are looking for***.

**Primary responsibilities will include:**

- **Perform Equipment Deliveries** Candidate will begin the day by using the van to deliver that days equipment to one or more of our nine depot locations across the Harvard Campus. This will also include picking up equipment from various locations. This will require a valid drivers license and the ability to lift boxes that can weigh up to approximately 45 pounds.

- **Asset Management** Candidate will need to scan in inventory at each location. We rely on this role to keep our inventory and systems up to date. This activity requires great attention to detail.

- **ServiceNow Ticket Maintenance** Candidate will need to review and update tickets daily.

Ideal candidates will be punctual, reliable and detail oriented.

**Qualifications:**

* Valid Drivers License

* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

* Attention to detail

* Ability to use a smartphone app

**Additional Information:**

* Please note: Harvard University requires pre-employment reference and background screening. For this role, a valid and current drivers license is also a requirement.

* This position will be based in Cambridge, MA.
