We’re searching for an experiencedMaintenance Technician at our Morrow, GA facility to be responsible for themaintenance and repair of all plant tooling equipment and mechanical andelectrical systems. If you’re looking for your next opportunity, come be a part ofCMC’s new Tensar Division!

What You'll Do

Modify, repair and install all types of machinery and mechanical equipmentwhile observing all applicable CMC Safety Policies and Procedures

Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, equipmentrepairs and troubleshooting equipment problems in an accurate and effi cientmanner

Read and interpret condition reports, and/or repair orders. Communicatewith necessary personnel for clarifi cation of problems. May discusspreventative techniques to minimize future repairs

Perform repairs on Hydraulic and electrical equipment as assigned

Maintain good general housekeeping, keeping clean equipment and workarea. Keep all tools in good working condition

Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMCSafety Culture

Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Minimum 3 years of field experience in either heavy industrial operationsand/or manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Possess specifi c fundamental knowledge of bearings, power transmissionequipment, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, welding principles, rigging,overhead cranes, gearboxes, and mobile equipment operation

Possess proficient skills utilizing hand tools, power tools and precision tools for performing all facets of the repair and maintenance process

Must be able to communicate technically, orally and written

Must be able to use a computer

Able to work overtime as business requires

Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills

Your Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required

Technical college diploma in electrical or mechanical discipline preferred
