Compensation
- Wage Range Starting at: $20.00 /hr. based on qualifications & experience
- Effective collaboration with diverse disciplines (contractors, engineers, architects, etc.)
- Oversee field staff to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate surveying activities and manage team members
- Valid surveyor certificate (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field (preferred)
- Proficiency in using Total Station, CAD software, GPS, and GIS systems
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (company will provide if needed)
- Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to perform routine measurements and calculations. Ability to work with fractions, percentages, and decimals
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude
- Initiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starter
- Complies and promotes company Safety Policy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to travel, as needed, for projects
